Dear Rosemarie, a thoughtful anaysis of the Ward Churchill point. Indeed, when WILL the Amerikan (sic) public wake up and smell the dead bodies? I recall that the legal argument for the bombing of Dresden (warcrime) and the bombing of Tokyo (warcrime) and the nuking of Nagasaki/Hiroshima (warcrimes) was that; as the citizens supported their respective regimes, they were complicit in, and responsible for, it’s acts. To the Amerikan public, may I remind you all that “Ignorance is no excuse under the Law”. Therefore _every_ citizen of Amerika is guilty of killing 100,000 innocent Iraqi civilians (OOPS warcrime!). Remember guys: BLOWBACK IS A BITCH! Here’s a hauku for ya called A POEM TO RUMMY

Greetings Rosemarie:
The article you presented was spot on and in very good form. I really appreciate the “artful question” you presented.
