Hello Rosemarie. I thoroughly agree that members of Congress who voted to pay for the war should be held responsible for it. It’s even more horrendous than Congress blaming the Administration for a war it couldn’t have funded by itself: people who funded and supported the war openly blame the Iraqis themselves for the failure of the war! They talk about Iraqis “taking responsibility” for the chaos. Outrageous! (Some very good points here by the way.)

Keir, thanks for the comment. I agree. It seems to me that any citizen who fights against the occupation of his country IS taking responsibility.
