The War on Terror is a Fraud: Unraveling the Logic of a Lie

The “war on terror” doesn’t make sense as an ideological exercise for the reasons stated in this piece. It is amazing how nobody seems bothered by no clear definitions coming from the White House about what “terrorism” and “terror” are exactly.
But we can give the Bush Administration, the group running the show, too much credit by pointing this out as a fault in their war. I’m sure they love being able to justify just about any intervention they want to pursue in the name of fighting “terrorism.”

You did it again ! This is another piece of great writing. It explains everything so clearly. Your last sentence about forging a bond with those abroad is, I believe, the answer to our problems. PEACE, Rosemarie

American Xenophobia...nothing new in that. We had forty years of commie-bashing, reds under the bed hysteria.
Communist, terrorist...it’s all the same. America needs to hate. How dare anyone resist our principles of freedom & democracy! No wonder Bush gets to play the part of president: rigid, ignorant and arrogant.
Time to tear the plot apart. Resist, provoke & confront. It’s your duty to unpack patriotism & become a disloyalist.
