=v= A Google search for “PCRM” and “PETA” turns up many websites that use identical wording that asserts that the former organization hides its relationship to the latter one. Not one of this sites provides a shred of substantiation for the assertion. Ironically, he fact that so many of them use identical wording suggests a number of less-than-forthright connections between supposedly-independent efforts!

Thanks, Jym. Indeed, it is ironic. In a press release issued in December, the industry-sponsored Center for Consumer Freedom fills the six-paragraph statement with a long list of loaded terms to describe PCRM, words that I’m sure show up on a regular basis in other anti-animal rights/anti-vegan literature. Here’s a sample: ‘radical’, ‘masquerading’, ‘zealots’, ‘phony’, ‘lunatics’. And to think that animal rights activist are the ones always singled out for getting too emotional.
