  1. Bravo, Bill. You never let us down. Your comment, “Have you been in a coma the past 20 years?” says it all. For 60 years while the US population slept, the US military waged global havoc, death, and destruction. Too bad, only a few here noticed.

  2. LOL, in my opinion Americans seem to have been in a coma for last 200 years.

    While I greatly admire William Blum, and enjoyed reading this column very much, it does worry me that he seems to think that the person on the tape was Bin Laden.

    How come the American left, no matter how right it is about the iniquities of US foreign policy, haven’t worked out yet that the American power elite doesn’t draw the line at fabricating terror?
