The Bangladeshi support for Iraqi sovereignty and opposition to the invasion and occupation of Iraq are praiseworthy.
But how can Bangladeshis working in occupied Iraq, where reportedly upwards of 60% of Iraqis are unemployed be construed as not intentionally “harming the Iraqi people in any manner”?
Why the call to end the kidnappings of civilians—mostly foreigners—in Iraq, and not a call for foreign civilians to cease selfishly exploiting the occupation of Iraq?
