Please post the case number of the court case, the names of the plaintiff and defendants, the name of the judge and the court reporter, the phone number for the court reporter and the courtroom clerk and the records clerk, the name of the defense attorney(s), and the jurisdiction of the appelate court. I have bookmarked this.

To Curious: There is no plaintiff in a criminal case. The case referred to in my article was the State of Vermont v. 6 defendants. The Trial took place in Brattleboro, Vermont on Oct. 28 & 29. You can get the details that you ask about from the Rutland Herald of Oct 29 & 30. Defense Attorney Pyatak spoke brilliantly about freedom of speech. The crime Charged was Trespassing because a group of 8, entered the local recruiting office with the intention of transforming it into a place of PEACE. All 8 were extremely peaceful and respectful at all times...even taking care to not get too close to the recruiter’s desk so as not to make the recruiter feel uncomfortable. They have now been sentenced to HARD LABOR. It is my personal belief, that that was done to humiliate them...in violation of the Rules of the Geneva Convention. It was just one more amazing legal case. PEACE, rosemarie
