A concise summary of the global suicide economy/monetocracy. I am glad that Frank is more optimistic than I am about the Left regaining it’s mental faculties and building a counterhegemonic movement in post election period. We need optimism.

Good. As Ward Churchill says, “...there is absolutely no basis--moral, ethical, or otherwise--upon which to expect those bearing the hyperlethal brunt of U.S. aggression abroad to continue to die in their millions, politely and perpetually out of sight and mind, while Americans dither over the questions of whether fundamental change is “really” necessary or “realistic,” and, if so, how it might be accomplished in manner entailing no inconvenience--much less sacrifice-- to themselves.”
